NeuroWorks is a mobile speech therapy clinic founded to improve the lives of those affected by neurological diseases, stroke and brain injuries in the greater Colorado Springs area. Therapy is provided in your home or via Telehealth.

Laura Kirkby, MS, CCC-SLP
I am a Speech Language Pathologist with over 8 years of experience in various settings- hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. I spent the last 7 years working in inpatient rehab which is where I found my love of working with the neuro population and finding meaningful ways to help my clients reach their goals. I received my undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and my Master's at East Tennessee State University. I am a lifelong learner and am constantly researching new courses and certifications to provide the best treatment I can.
Speech Therapy Services
NeuroWorks works with the adult and geriatric population. Specifically we focus on changes in speech, language, cognition and swallowing related to stroke, brain injuries, concussions, and progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, MS, ALS, Dementia, brain tumors and head/neck cancers.
Insurance
NeuroWorks is in network with Medicare Part B and Medicaid.
For those who are under 65 and not in network, we do accept private pay and can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Payment is due at time of service; accepting all major credit cards through an electronic payment system. Speech therapy services are eligible for HSA or FSAs.
